If the situation prevents your trip, you can postpone your date or simply decide to cancel without fee by giving us 3 days notice (small group tours) or 7 days notice (private tours)*. And in case of travel restrictions decided by the French authorities or those of your country, no notice delay is applicable.

*Reservation up to 8 people maximum. From 9 people, your group requires the rental of a bus and/or the reservation at the restaurant or at the winery for which these suppliers will ask a deposit.

Antigen or RT-PCR test
If you require a Antigen or PCR test, it is quite simple to get it during your stay in France.

RT-PCR test:
On appoitment only
> In Dijon or Beaune: several screening centers available
> At the airport: consult the websites of the Paris aiports or Lyon airport or ask your airline.
> Results in French and English by e-mail available from 24 to 48 hours.
> Rapid PCR tests with results within 1 to 4 hours are available at Paris aiports.

Antigen test: available from any pharmacy, private nurse or doctor.
> Results in French and English by e-mail available from 30min to 2 hours.

Concierge service Authentica Tours: When booking a private tour, Authentica can make an appointment in Dijon or Beaune for your sanitary test. We can also drive you there (with or without extra charge depending on the time limit of the test you need, the availability of the screening center and the date of your tour).
